Surf perchs, Embiotocidae

Surf perchs live in shallow reefs and seagrass beds and are famous as ovoviviparous fish. They have a flat bream shape on the left and right, and have soft scales. And they are carnivorous and prefer crustaceans and polychaetes attached to the seabed and seaweed towers.
